2. Ordering and Contract Formation
- The products displayed on the Kechbazaar website constitute an invitation to purchase and do not constitute a binding offer until an order is placed.
- You may add products to your shopping cart and review or correct your order details before submitting your order.
- By clicking the order/payment button, you submit a binding order for the products in your shopping cart.
- After receiving your order, Kechbazaar will send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is considered concluded when Kechbazaar confirms acceptance of the order or begins processing and fulfilling the order.
- Kechbazaar reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where there is another legitimate reason preventing fulfillment. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded.
3. Prices
- All prices displayed on the Kechbazaar website are in Euro (€).
- The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment and Delivery
- Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
- Payment is due at the time of placing the order unless another payment arrangement is explicitly stated.
- Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times are displayed on the Shipping & Payment page or during checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, public holidays, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond Kechbazaar’s reasonable control.
- If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Kechbazaar will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
5. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Kechbazaar until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
6. Returns and Refunds
Kechbazaar accepts returns and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the Return & Refund Policy published on the website.
Customers should contact Kechbazaar at contact@kechbazaar.com before returning an item.
Products must generally be returned in their original condition, unused and, where applicable, with their original packaging.
Certain products may be excluded from return or refund where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or specially made products.
7. Product Information
Kechbazaar makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, handmade and handcrafted products may naturally contain minor variations in color, texture, size, or appearance. Such variations are not necessarily considered defects and are part of the unique character of handmade products.
8. Liability
Kechbazaar is responsible for losses and damages to the extent required by applicable law.
Kechbazaar will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including shipping disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, technical failures, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kechbazaar website, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Kechbazaar and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
